Enso Careers
Hello everyone, and welcome to Enso Careers. I'm excited to help you navigate through the process of choosing a career path that's right for you. The Enso Circle is seen as the Circle of Enlightenment and Togetherness, and that's what I aim to do by guiding young people through the often difficult and sometimes confusing career decision-making process.
Together we'll explore your values, interests, skills, and personality type to find a career that aligns with who you are and what you want out of life. I believe that when you have a clear understanding of your strengths and weaknesses, as well as your goals and ambitions, making a decision about your future becomes much easier. So let's get started on your journey to career satisfaction!
About Us
I never planned on being a careers advisor. In fact, until recently, I was an Assistant Headteacher in an outstanding secondary school in west London. In that role, I led on careers education, advice and guidance for 28 years. I also served as a leadership coach but have now had a career change of my own! I am now working as an independent and impartial careers advisor in a wide variety of schools. I am a level 6 qualified careers advisor. This has been a big change for me, but it's one that I'm really enjoying.

I'm passionate about helping young people make the right choices for their future and I feel lucky to be able to do this in such a fulfilling way. Since taking up the role of a careers advisor at various schools, I have been inundated with requests from parents and students for help with career planning and development outside of school provision. In response to this demand, I have launched Enso Careers, a professional career coaching service for young people.
I have a full enhanced DBS Certificate & upto date safeguarding training
I am a member of the Careers Development Institute and abide by their code of ethics

Finding your direction
As someone who works in career development, I often get asked what the most rewarding part of my job is. And while there are many satisfying aspects to what I do, one of the things that I enjoy the most is helping students find a direction for their own careers. There is something truly dynamic and exciting about working with students as they figure out what they want to do with their lives. It's a privilege to be able to help them navigate through all of the different options and figure out what might be the best fit for them. So if you're feeling unsure about your future career choices, I encourage you to reach out for help. It can make all the difference in finding a path that you're truly excited about.
Possibilities and Potential
I am inspired to help people find out what they want to do with their careers, in a world of jobs and training that is constantly evolving. Each student I work with is unique, yet the opportunity for change and development is the same for them all. It is often a question of building motivation, confidence and clarity. So many students feel overwhelmed, not sure how to move on or even where to start looking. My goal is to help them see all the possibilities and potential within themselves, and then work together to create a plan to make it happen. So if you're feeling unsure about your future career choices, I encourage you to reach out for help.
Student Journey
I really enjoy being part of the student journey - supporting and nurturing, guiding and advising. As a careers advisor, my approach is to focus on my student's needs through reflective and insightful practice. Thanks to technology my students can be nationwide as well as local to where I live in Twickenham. Take a look at some of the students I have helped recently under Testimonials. It's so rewarding when they get clarity about their career pathway. If you're concerned about your child making the right choices for a rewarding career, get in touch, I'd be happy to help.
